How it work?
First you need to mark on the edge of machine whose rotational speed to be find, make sure the machine is placed under suitable darkness, now go to the app, turn it on, in the input Field put approximate value of RPM, and focus your flash light on the rotating machine, now adjust RPM from the bar UP or Down and reach at the point where the mark on machine look stationery. Then read the value from input Field, this is the RPM of your rotating machine.
